Sized for your modules and data
We build the server around the modules you run, from Sales Order and Inventory Management to Bill of Materials and Work Order, and the size of your company data.
Sage 100 ERP Hosting
Sage 100 hosting runs your licensed Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 and MAS 200), its modules and its add-ons on a managed cloud server sized for your data. Warehouse, office and remote staff work in the same live system. We manage the server, SQL Server where you use Premium, security, backups and the upgrade cycle that keeps Sage 100 supported.

Understanding Sage 100 hosting
Sage 100 hosting is a service that installs your licensed Sage 100 ERP, in its Standard, Advanced or Premium edition, on a managed cloud server and gives authorized users secure remote access. You keep every module, customization and integration, while the provider runs the server, database, security, backups and Windows updates.
Standard, Advanced and Premium (SQL Server), all hostable
Sage 100 2026 requires 64-bit Windows, which we build for
for sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting across sites
Why it matters
Sage 100 moves a lot of data between workstations and the server, especially in Sales Order, Inventory Management and reporting. Over a VPN, a warehouse picker or remote AP clerk can wait seconds on every screen, and Advanced or Premium clients add their own setup and update overhead on every PC. Hosting puts the Sage 100 server and the user sessions in the same data center. Users only send screen updates over the internet, so remote work feels local, and client updates happen once on the server instead of on every machine.
| Factor | On-premise server | Hosted Sage 100 | Moving to a cloud-native ERP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keeps your Sage 100 modules and customizations | Yes | Yes | No, re-implementation needed |
| Remote and multi-site speed | Slow over VPN | Fast, data stays in the data center | Browser-based |
| Workstation client installs | Every PC | Once, on the server | None |
| SQL Server and Windows patching | Your IT team | Managed for you | Vendor managed |
| Project cost and disruption | None | Low | High |
Who it’s for
Sage 100 customers usually have more than a few users, more than one location and several systems talking to the ERP. Hosting makes all three easier.
Distribution
Order entry, purchasing and inventory stay in sync across warehouses, and pickers use the same live stock levels as sales.
Manufacturing
Bill of Materials and Work Order users get a responsive system on the shop floor and in the office.
Ecommerce & EDI
Web store, EDI and shipping connectors run on the same network as Sage 100, so imports don’t time out.
Finance teams
Month-end, reporting and Sage Intelligence work from home just as they do in the office.
What’s included
We build Sage 100 hosting around how ERP actually runs: a database server, a set of connected tools, and users in more than one place.
Dedicated or shared resources sized for Sage 100 Standard, Advanced or Premium, with Microsoft SQL Server managed for Premium.
We move companies, custom fields, scripts and Crystal reports, and coordinate version upgrades with your Sage partner.
Named Windows logins with MFA, plus Sage 100 role security, so each user sees only the modules and companies they need.
Security controls that line up with the FTC Safeguards Rule, which covers firms that handle customer financial data.
Your Sage 100 data is backed up automatically and copied off-site. Restores are tested, so a backup is something we’ve proven we can bring back.
Host the tools that connect to Sage 100 on the same network, from Sage CRM and Sage Fixed Assets to EDI, shipping and ecommerce connectors.
How it works
ERP moves need more planning than desktop accounting. We map every integration first, then schedule a weekend or after-hours cutover.
We review your Sage 100 version, users, company data size, add-ons and integrations.
~30 minWe size and secure the server, set up named users with MFA, and install Sage 100, SQL Server and your add-ons.
Built to your setupYour Sage 100 data moves over, and we test logins, permissions, printing, reports and integrations before go-live.
After-hours cutoverYour team gets simple login guides and a walkthrough. After that, our team handles updates, monitoring and support requests.
Ongoing managementThe stakes
On-premise Sage 100 servers carry more than accounting data. They run orders, inventory and integrations, so downtime stops the whole business.
Sage retires older Sage 100 versions on a rolling schedule. Staying on an old release to avoid an upgrade eventually means no payroll tax updates, no fixes and no support.
Sage rolling support lifecycleSage 100 Premium depends on Microsoft SQL Server. When SQL or Windows Server versions reach end of support, they stop receiving security patches.
Microsoft product lifecycleEDI, ecommerce and shipping connectors often run as scheduled tasks on the office server. When it reboots or fails, orders stop flowing and nobody notices until customers call.
Unmonitored scheduled jobsAn ERP server that’s encrypted by ransomware stops shipping, billing and purchasing at once. Recovery depends on clean, tested, off-site backups.
Business continuityMoving to a managed cloud environment replaces the weakest parts of a local setup:
Before you move
These are the details we confirm before moving any Sage 100 system. They’re worth asking any provider about too.
Common questions
Sage 100 hosting installs your licensed Sage 100 ERP on a managed cloud server so authorized users can access it securely from anywhere. The provider runs the server, SQL Server where applicable, security, backups and Windows updates, and you keep every module and integration.
No. Sage continues to release new versions of Sage 100, and Sage 100 2026 is a 64-bit release. Sage retires older versions on a rolling basis, so staying on a supported version matters.
Yes. Standard, Advanced and Premium can all be hosted. Premium also needs Microsoft SQL Server, which we can manage for you.
In most cases, yes. We inventory every add-on, connector and scheduled job during discovery and test each one before go-live.
Yes. Your Sage 100 license stays with Sage, and your Sage partner can keep supporting your configuration. We handle the infrastructure underneath.
Pricing depends on users, edition, server resources, SQL Server licensing and the add-ons you host. We quote after a discovery call so the price matches your real setup.
Most Sage 100 moves take one to two weeks from discovery to go-live, mostly for integration testing. The cutover itself usually happens over a weekend or after hours.
